Podcast Interview: Resilience Through Loss & Learning to Trust With Dr. Tracy Debi

Updated: Oct 1, 2020

Can transformation happen in the span of 5 months (during a pandemic no less)?

This week we feature a conversation with my good friend Emily Mishler. We connected 5 months ago during an interesting time for both of us - she was navigating the loss of a parent and I was going through a mini identity crisis which also happened to be during the global pandemic.

We talk about how we started and navigated a friendship in two different countries based on curiosity, and a shared interest in spirituality and personal development.

The time of our friendship has been a huge transformational time for both of us and we open up to share some of our process with you!

During this episode we discuss:

Dealing with grief and cultivating resilience while running a small business

Importance of aligning with your purpose & trusting your intuition to navigate whatever situation life throws at you

How changing self perception can fuel growth

How to handle fear when making business or personal decisions (& she shares an amazing tip)
