What We Do

Booking
After receiving your application, we’ll have a video call to meet and discuss your business and needs. Should we decide it’s a great fit, our team will send you everything you need to secure your start date in our design calendar.

Discovery + Strategy
You’ll fill out a design strategy questionnaire which, may be followed by a 1:1 strategy call subject to the scope of your project. Next, you’ll receive a custom strategy and visual direction for your project. This phase always includes a project mood board to make sure we’re both aligned with the vision moving forward.

Design + Refine
Once the moodboard is approved, we’ll get to work on initial concepts. Concept presentations include a beautiful, custom PDF document and accompanied walk-through video. Based on your feedback, if required, we’ll revise and refine your chosen concept. For website projects, we’ll design and present the homepage initially. After implementing any required refinements to the homepage, we’ll build out the remainder of the website for your final approval.

Deliver + Launch
With everything finalized and approved, designs and deliverables are packaged up, along with personalized training videos and guides. All that’s left to do is pop the bubbly and celebrate , because it’s time to release your brand into the wild!
